Staff Accountant (Full-time)

Job Description:

  • This Staff Accountant will be trained in a variety of tasks to support other accounting team members, including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and job costing for our union industrial services company. These areas are complex and involve skills and experience well beyond routine data entry. An ability to quickly understand the subject matter and adapt to different processes is crucial. This position would also assist in performing month-end closing tasks such as tax filings, account reconciliations and other analyses.


  • The candidate will need to have strong skills in basic and moderate Microsoft Excel operations, Accounting/ERP systems, and a comfort with general ledger account structures. Emphasis will be placed on attention to detail, flexibility and an eagerness to learn, and technical prowess with Microsoft Office and basic accounting functions. This position requires a highly organized, meticulous individual.


Professional Experience/Skills & Traits Desired:

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience

  • Associate degree a plus but not required

Assistant Rental Coordinator is responsible for revenue growth, and customer service.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming sales calls and provide excellent customer service.

  • Enter reservations into the rental program and schedule deliveries.

  • Maintain and manage customer contact lists to follow up to increase revenue.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.

  • Work with the rental coordinator, service manager and branch manager to gain new customers.

  • Strong customer service & telephone skills

  • Solid computer and administrative skills.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written

  • Telephone communication

  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Inbound and outbound telephone sales experience preferred.

  • Monday through Friday. Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Professional Experience/Skills & Traits Desired:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience with customer service

  • Equipment rental industry experience is a huge plus
