Bringing a New Ohio State Fair Tradition to Life

Selinsky Force was proud to play a part in bringing the new Ohio Children’s Carousel to life at the Ohio State Fairgrounds.

As part of the project, our team completed the marquee installation for the new attraction ahead of its debut at the 2026 Ohio State Fair.

The custom-built carousel features Ohio-inspired details throughout, including fair animals and recognizable Ohio wildlife. Designed as a new centerpiece attraction for the fairgrounds, the carousel gives families another experience to enjoy as part of one of Ohio’s most recognizable annual traditions.

THE PROJECT

Projects tied to highly visible public attractions demand careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail.

For Selinsky Force, the scope centered on the installation of the carousel’s marquee. Our team worked to ensure the installation was completed safely, accurately, and in coordination with the other moving pieces involved in preparing the attraction for opening.

With a project like this, the finished product may look effortless once everything is in place. Getting it there requires communication, preparation, skilled execution, and a crew capable of adapting to the needs of the job.
